Hello, I’m Natasha.
Welcome to WeConnect Therapy
Reconnecting with those who are important to you
Family, couples and individual therapy in Central London (near King’s Cross and Harley Street) , online and internationally. Systemic, relational psychotherapy with Dr Natasha Nascimento, Family and Systemic Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Senior Lecturer.
I know that seeking support and choosing the right therapist can feel difficult, and I hope that spending some time here helps you decide whether my approach feels right for you.
My approach
I support individuals, couples and families who are experiencing relationship difficulties, emotional distress, life transitions, and repeating patterns that feel hard to shift.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, compassionate, collaborative and non-blaming. Rather than focusing on one person as the problem, we explore patterns, relationships, culture, and wider social contexts, helping you understand what is happening.
My aim is to create a safe space for difficult conversations and meaningful lasting change.
I am a highly experienced Family and Systemic Psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience supporting individuals, couples, and families.
Alongside my private practice, I am a Senior Lecturer and Supervisor at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, bringing depth, rigour, and reflective practice to therapy. I have worked for the NHS for over 18 years. Since 2009 I have been a visiting lecturer at several Universities across London.
I have experience supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating questions of identity, culture, adoption, migration, gender, and belonging. I have a particular interest in adult children and the parents and also adult siblings.
I offer therapy in English and Spanish.
Why work with me
What is Family and Systemic Psychotherapy?
Family and Systemic Psychotherapy focuses on relationships rather than blaming one person. It helps individuals, couples, and families understand patterns, improve communication, and find more supportive ways of relating.
