  • I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I offer family therapy, couples therapy, and individual systemic psychotherapy in Central London and online across the UK and internationally.

  • Yes. I offer therapy sessions both in person in London (King’s Cross) and online across the UK and other countries.

  • Standard therapy sessions last 60 minutes

  • Yes. I offer a 20-minute free initial consultation. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your concerns., consider whether my approach feels right for you and answer any questoins you may have. All consultations are strictly confidential.

  • I usually recommend starting with fortnightly sessions, which may become less frequent as therapy progresses. I offer both short-term or open-ended therapy, depending on your needs and goals. We regularly review progress together. My approach is often time-limited, with space between sessions to allow reflection and consolidation.

  • Yes. when working with individual, I adopt an interactional and relational perspective, paying attention to the relational, cultural, and systemic contexts that shape their experience.

  •  Fees are discussed transparently during initial contact or consultation.

  • I offer therapy in English and in Spanish.

    • I regularly engage in supervision and continuing professional development to ensure my practice remains ethical, reflective, and responsive.
